 Disseminated varicella-zoster virus (VZV) infection has devastating impacts on patients’ quality of life, with increasing morbidity and mortality. Thus, it is imperative that a diagnosis be made early. This case description illustrates unique dramatic presentation disseminated VZV important clinical implications.
